What’s Covered:

  • Malfunctioning of heating elements and controls.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Normal wear and tear.

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our team.

Warranty Service:

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the defective item at our discretion.
